Jan Baan
       A pioneer in the world of enterprise applications software, Jan Baan founded the company that bears his name in 1978, and made his first software sale in 1979. Jan’s visionary approach to the business software industry can be traced back to an early fascination with manufacturing, in addition to an exacting eye for detail. He began his career as an administrative clerk at a meat packing company, where he delved into inventory control and came to an understanding of the flow of goods. With the development of his first software package, Jan entered what was to become the ERP industry. His brother, Paul Baan, joined him in the management of the company. Baan Company’s growth and success has been guided by the Baan brothers’ personal philosophy of Innovation, Integrity and Initiative, their focus on teamwork, and commitment to helping employees maintain a healthy balance between their work and private lives.
       Jan is currently chairman and CEO of the Vanenburg Group B.V. and has been a WebEx director since January, 1999.

Somshankar Das
       Somshankar Das (Som) is a cofounder, President and CEO of e4e, Inc. and is responsible for the daily management and leadership of the company. Prior to e4e, Som was a General Partner with Walden International where he specialized in the semiconductor, software, IT service and Internet infrastructure markets. While there, he created a portfolio of service companies including Mind Tree Consulting, Techspan, Sierra Atlantic, WebEx and Unimobile.com. He also established the Walden India Nikko Fund, the first technology focused VC fund in India. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of AzTec, WebEx, iSeva and Vinciti. Som has over twelve years of management experience in the US semiconductor industry, and was actively involved in the establishment of Malaysia's first commercial silicon wafer foundry providing leading edge manufacturing services to the global semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Walden, he was Director for Worldwide Business Development at VLSI Technology, Inc. and was previously an officer in the Indian Administrative Service in India. Som has an MBA from Stanford University and an MS in Physics and Mathematics from Calcutta University.

Subrah S. Iyar, Chairman and CEO
       Subrah’s professional background is comprised of 15 years experience in sales, marketing and business.
      During a six year tenure at Apple Computer, in market development roles, Subrah was instrumental in creating the first OS licensing business in the Newton Group. At Intel, Subrah held several positions in product marketing and OEM sales management within the LAN software and systems group. Subrah was also vice president of sales, marketing and business development at Teleos Research, which was acquired by Autodesk. In 1995, Subrah joined Quarterdeck Inc. as vice president and general manager of the company’s Northern California Internet business division. He was also president of Future Labs, a Quarterdeck subsidiary.
       Subrah holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Engineering.

Anthony R. Muller
       Anthony R. Muller, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of JDS Uniphase Corporation, joined Uniphase Corporation in January 1998 after serving on their Board of Directors for fourteen years. He has been Chief Financial Officer during a period of almost forty-fold growth, including the merger with JDS FITEL that formed JDS Uniphase and twelve acquisitions including the largest announced technology acquisition in history (SDL). From 1985 to 1990, he was Chief Financial Officer of Silicon Valley Group while that company was expanding with a vigorous acquisition program. He was Senior Vice President Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Centigram Communications Corporation from 1990 to 1996, taking the company public after restructuring its operations and finance operations, and Senior Vice President and CFO of Micro Focus Group Plc. during its very successful turnaround from 1996 to 1998. He was a director of Uniphase Corporation and Megahertz Corporation until the latter's acquisition by U.S. Robotics, serving on the audit and compensation committees of each company. His earlier experience was as consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He earned a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from Stanford University.

Casimir Skrzypczak
       Casimir S. Skrzypczak (SCRIP-ZAK) is a General Partner at Global Communications Partners, a private equity investor in early stage technology and telecommunications companies. Prior to this, he was a Senior Vice President of Customer Advocacy for Cisco Systems Service Provider Line of Business, responsible for the delivery and support of products and solutions for the worldwide Service Provider market. He has also been Corporate Vice President and Group President of Professional Services at Telecordia Technologies. In addition, Cas has held positions as Vice President and President of NYNEX Science & Technology, responsible for the formulation of NYNEX's technology plans and network architecture, management and direction of its standards strategies and activities, and direction of its research and development programs. Mr. Skrzypczak serves on the boards of Polytechnic University, the International Engineering Consortium, JDS Uniphase Corporation and Sirenza Microdevices. He is the past chairman of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS), which sponsors the T1 Standards Committee and other industry fora. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi, IEEE, and the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology/Industry Advisory Committee (ABET/IAC). He also chairs the ABET Industry Advisory Council. Mr. Skrzypczak holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Villanova University and a Masters in operations research from Hofstra University.

Min Zhu, President and Chief Technical Officer
       Min’s career spans 14 years, including experience with mainframes, database systems, networking and communications, telephony, PC collaboration software and expert systems.
       Min developed his technology expertise at the IBM Scientific Center in Palo Alto. He was also the deputy to the chief technical officer of Price Waterhouse and the vice president of Expert Edge, a software design company. In 1991, Min co-founded Future Labs (one of the first companies to produce multi-point document collaboration software). Quarterdeck acquired Future Labs in 1996, and Min went on to co-found WebEx.
       Min holds an M.S. in Engineering from Stanford University.
