Overall Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for planning, tracking and reporting on projects through all phases of development including design, specification, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance.

Senior QA Lead

Overall Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the quality of one plus WebEx Client Application product in Components.
  • Work with China QA team members to create and review Test Plan and Test Cases.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, and Technical Support
  • Participate in software design reviews, testing, configuration control, reporting and resolution, and change control.
  • Work with project manager to set and evaluate milestone criteria to ensure released products are on schedule with high quality.
  • Test the product through all phases of the development life cycle.
  • Review, maintain and improve current software test methodologies and processes.
  • Gather and present quality metrics of the responsible product, with satisfactory correlation with customer feedback.
