CRM Systems Analyst

The CRM Systems Analyst/Developer position will develop and maintain enterprise CRM software systems

Primary Responsibilities

  • - Gather, define, and document new business requirements, formulate technical specifications, perform code reviews and development
  • - Directly support end-users to encourage effective use of all CRM systems
  • - Work with other IS teams to insure high availability (99.9%+) of all systems
  • - Develop and implement timely, quality system improvements

Job Qualifications

  • - At least 3+ years of systems analysis, design and development. Development experience in Pivotal, MarketFirst, and/or Remedy will be a plus. Hands-on experience in development of all layers of enterprise application, with highly interactive Web GUI and scalable & high performance server layers, including database optimization strategies
  • - Strong object oriented Visual Basic, VBA, VB Script, JavaScript development experience
  • - Microsoft tiered (COM, DCOM, COM+), ActiveX Controls and Microsoft .Net development experience
  • - Web development programming and design (HTML, XML, XSL, ASP, JSP) experience, and good understanding of web access protocols
  • Crystal Reports experience
  • - Strong MS Windows and Unix (Solaris and Linux), and Database (SQL Server and/or Oracle) experience
  • - Familiarity with web servers (IIS and apache)
  • - Functional knowledge of CRM (Marketing, Sales, Service) automation and best practices for the telecommunications industry.
  • - Great communication skills - Ability to solve problems and desire to learn quickly - Customer service oriented and ability to deliver under tight deadline

Plans and manages development and implementation of global, enterprise portal systems.  Works directly with management and users to analyze, specify and design enterprise portals for customer, partner, and employee self-service.

 

Available shift:  Wed 4am - 12Pm

                      Thru - Sat - 12am - 12pm

Days off: Sun, Mon, Tue

 

 

Overall Responsibilities:

 

·         Program and project management for all Enterprise Portal Systems

·         Drives corporate portal initiatives and implementations

·         Creates and supports development, test, and production portal environments

·         Coordinates IS and other department’s resources to complete portal systems implementations

·         Coordinates and manages work of outside contractors and consultants

·         Creates and manages reporting from portal systems

·         Establishes, documents, and enforces standards, processes, and procedures for the effective implementation and use of systems

·         Responds to needs and questions of management and users

·         Encourages and trains for the effective adoption and use of portal systems to meet business objectives

 

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

 

·         B.S./M.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent in work experience

·         5-7 years directly applicable experience minimum

·         Enterprise portal and knowledge management experience

·         Hands-on implementation experience of high availability, >million user web systems

·         Enterprise content, document, and search management experience

·         Business Intelligence and dashboard (executive and functional) development experience

·         Packaged portal selection and implementation experience

·         Enterprise computer software package (ERP, OSS, and CRM) integration experience
