The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible for driving direct sales into accounts up to $125 million in annual revenues. Corporate Reps actively manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, developing new relationships with C-level individuals, negotiating contracts, and closing business. The Corporate Sales Representative must have aggressive "hunting" skills with a proven track record for prospecting and closing new business. Overall Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline and continually generate new accounts

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

The WebEx Corporate Sales group has a demonstrated record of excellence and has been instrumental in WebEx's success to date. As a Corporate Sales (CS) Solutions Engineer you will assist the CS sales team with maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will be the technical expert in a pre-sales environment to both small companies to the Fortune 500. You will also contribute to post-sales problem resolution when warranted.
In the pre-sales environment, you will be required to quickly master all of WebEx's services in order to assist sales representatives in their conducting of demos, where you'll be called upon to address technical or other questions or issues to ensure a successful demo. You will address technical questions, respond to objections, and address competitive issues. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure an optimal selling environment. You will participate in and deliver WebEx service training both internally and externally. You'll identify core technical issues associated with the service and work with cross-functional teams to bring those issues to closure.
Post-sales customer-facing teams will utilize your skills in a technical troubleshooting capacity. Since WebEx upsells contribute substantially to new sales, many of the issues discussed above (regarding pre-sales) also apply here.
Overall Responsibilities

- Identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements.
