Subrah S. Iyar, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
       As co-founder of WebEx Communications and as Chairman and CEO, Subrah S. Iyar has led the company in a continuous cycle of innovation and growth, enabling WebEx to become the leader in what IDC has identified as “a potentially multi-billion dollar market” in just five years. Under his guidance, WebEx has developed into the global leader in interactive Web communication services.
       Mr. Iyar has been an innovator in the high tech industry for over 19 years, previously holding senior positions with Intel, Apple Computers, Quarterdeck, and Teleos Research. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.

Min Zhu, President and Chief Technical Officer
       As a co-founder of WebEx Communications and its key technology architect, Min Zhu has guided the evolution of the company’s service capabilities from a Web-based meeting application to a carrier-class information-switching network and robust services platform that enables measurable productivity increases across the enterprise. Min has served as the lead architect of WebEx’s patented MediaTone technology, and continues to use his extensive experience with mainframes, database systems, networking and communications, telephony, PC collaboration software, and expert systems to enable WebEx to become the leader in the delivery of web communication services.
       Min’s visionary career spans 16 years in senior positions at Price Waterhouse and Expert Edge, and as a co-founder of Future Labs, which was acquired by Quarterdeck 1996. Min developed his technology expertise at the IBM Scientific Center in Palo Alto and holds an M.S. in Engineering from Stanford University.

Michael T. Everett, Chief Financial Officer
       Michael joins WebEx as a seasoned executive with almost 30 years of financial, legal and general management experience. He has worked extensively in both Europe and Asia and has lived in Hong Kong on two different assignments. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies, including Netro Corporation, a broadband wireless equipment manufacturer that he led through a successful IPO in 1999, and Raychem Corporation, a Fortune 500 telecommunications and electronic components supplier. Before joining Raychem in 1987, he practiced securities law as a partner at Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe in Palo Alto, Hong Kong and San Francisco.
       Michael holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Shawn Farshchi, Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Technical Operations
       Shawn has over 22 years of network and services management experience at companies such as DHL Airways, Broadvision and GTE Sprint. As Senior Vice President and CIO of DHL Airways, he deployed and managed systems and network services for over 250 global locations and led the development of several customer access and service initiatives. As Senior Vice President and CIO of Broadvision, he lead worldwide engineering and product development and re-engineered global IT operations to yield over $10 million annual cost savings. At GTE Sprint, he oversaw the engineering of its high-speed fiber optic communications network. Shawn has also served in a variety of technology and management positions at Bechtel Power Corp., GTE Spacenet, Oracle, Pacific Gas and Electric and Syntex Corporation. Shawn holds a BSEE from Cal State University, San Francisco, and an MS Telecom and MBA from Golden Gate University.

David Farrington, Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel
       David was a partner at the law firm of Skjerven Morrill Macpherson LLP, in San Jose, California prior to joining WebEx. During his 8 year tenure at Apple Computer, David held a number of senior positions. These positions included senior director of Apple’s corporate development group, associate general counsel in charge of legal support for Apple’s worldwide sales and marketing organization, and director of Apple’s technology law group.
       David holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.

David W. Hsieh, Vice President, WebEx Services
       David is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in building and marketing software and services. Prior to WebEx, David was a co-founder of FaceTime Communications, a leader in instant messaging solutions for large enterprises. He also served as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), Vice President of Product Marketing at Sybase and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Business Development at LBMS. David is a graduate of Northwestern University.

Peter Scocimara, Vice President, Customer Success
       Scotch brings broad experience in managing global operations and technology development; managing the start-up of diverse businesses; and executing complex business and financial arrangements.
       Scotch was the Executive Vice President of Excite@Home International where he managed the international operations and six joint ventures of Excite@Home's broadband and media businesses. Scotch founded @Home's international business and led the formation of three overseas operations. Before joining @Home, Scotch developed and negotiated several joint ventures in Europe for Cummins Engine Company, a Fortune 200 manufacturer, and was an associate with the merchant banking group of Chase where he structured and executed leveraged transactions and private equity investments.
       A native of Switzerland, Scotch earned a bachelor's degree in international relations from Brown University and a MBA from Harvard University.

Praful Shah, Vice President, Strategic Communications
       Praful has over 20 years of senior management experience within major technology companies.
       At Oracle, Tandem, and NCR, Praful developed his technological proficiency. While at Oracle, Praful was the marketing senior director for the Internet and database divisions, as well as director of consultant marketing. He was instrumental in the launch of the Network Computing Architecture, Web Application, Electronic Commerce and Oracle8 Database Servers. During his employment at Tandem, Praful held senior level positions in product management, as well as consultant, product and competitive marketing areas.
       Praful holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from India, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University.

David Thompson, Vice President, Worldwide Marketing
       With over 15 years of high-tech industry experience, David is a pioneer in the Internet software and services industry. David created and launched the WebEx brand over 3 years ago and since then has guided its growth as the market leader of the online meeting and web conferencing industry. Prior to joining WebEx, David served in a variety of marketing and technical management positions at Microsoft, Quarterdeck, StarNine, and Genentech. David is a graduate of Yale University.
